| Hi Geoff (sorry, thought i had posted already)
I believe from the write ups that these are really good kits. Was a toss up when I bought mine between this and the Sahariana. Looks good, will be following this with interest.

| Hey, that looks vaguely familiar.... Nice start Geoff. Seems that the chassis are the same, well i suppose they would be as they are both from the same vehicle...

| This one is now all but ready for primer... I had endless shit trying to get the bullshit rubber tyres to stick and fit properly to the rims so in the end i shit-canned them and got the CMK resins. | |

| Getting close to the end now, Basic colours are on and so is first pass on the weathering my next steps in order are: a) Matt coat everything with a hint of the panzer Yellow in the cup. b) Layer some filters from the bottom up to try and show mud and grime creep. c) Fine tipped black pen for chips and scratches. d) Very weak Rust coloured wash on selected bits. e) Final matt coat with some graphite highlights. AND THAT WILL BE THAT..... | |

| Heeeey that's looking good Jugs....
Very nice Camo job, very nice indeed. Really hope I don't have the same issues with the wheels as you did.
Mine isn't far away from finished... After I realized that id sprayed it the wrong colour... (uh huh). Did all the respraying this weekend, and basically all that's left is the final assemblies now. First time that I sprayed with Tamiya Acrylics too, not too shabby.
Weathering still giving me nightmares, might not go for the whole paint chipped thing, will wait and see.
