This is a little something that my son (9yrs old) and I put together for his school project about World War 2. He wanted to do it about the V1 "Doodlebug". He's seen it at the Imperial War Museum in London.
Well, its a simple kit to say the least but the detail was quite impressive for its size.
As he built it, its a bit rough. For me this was more of an airbrushing exercise (Dad helping son) and using the Valejo acrylic matt varnish for the first time in anger. (very nice!)
A quick change in subject here ... Has anyone found photobucket to be dead slow? You need the patience of Solomon.
I wouldn't worry about V1's looking a bit rough, I think they would of been slapped together to get them out and launched!
Was that the Tamiya one?
I added the Kretten for a scale comparison for my little build of the Doodlebug.
Cheers!
if you want to display your photo's from photobucket click and paste the IMG code here for them to show up as mine do, not the code to go to photobucket to see them in case you didn't know how.
Slow photobucket - no mine is fine.
