Although it's Day 2 of the GB I still have not begun on my entry as proven thusly:

Sukhoi Su-25 Gratch (Frogfoot) 100_2005

Therefore, I am in, good luck to all, and, since it is after 2230 hours here in New Jersey, good night. Sleep

Phil,

1990 on the instructions, 1990 on the box, and, printed on both... made in the USA!

My recent sob story continues... the company I work for is trying to get sold/ purchased, they're slashing positions including my two men (leaving me solo), finger-pointing, back-stabbing... it has been enough to keep me too pre-occupied to do much hobby work. This weekend will hopefully find me back building, painting and decaling. sunny

Good Lord...

How do these things even fly?

Hold on to your panties gentlemen, I'm on my way in this group build with my... jet?  Is that what these planes are called?  Jets?

Sukhoi Su-25 Gratch (Frogfoot) 100_2047

A little PE on the outside.  Aftermarket pylons so they're all the same length.  Aftermarket decals for a Ukrainian plane.  And a groovy paint scheme, not typical but indeed authentic.

What have I gotten myself into? scratch

Yes it is a dry fit with Scotch tape. Twisted Evil

I just wanted to get a feel for its size. It really is a monster compared to my usual 1/48 WWII fighters, especially a 109.

I'd LIKE to say I received my Authentic Decals Su-25 decals from Ukraine today...

... but after two weeks I received Su-25 decals... IN THE WRONG SCALE! confused

I CLEARLY ordered 1/48th, yet I am the proud(?) owner of some gorgeous 1/32 markings for 10 different planes.

Don't wanna send them back, don't wanna build a 1/32 Su-25, so if there's anyone interested please let me know.

Ken (slightly aggravated so I'm working on an F2A Buffalo) scratch

Had a similar situation with a local mail order company, I ordered the Monogram 1/48 B17 and received the 1/72. Guy was good enough though said he'll send the correct one which he had to order from over seas, so we'll see.
